With over 25 years of experience in women's health and mindfulness, Dr. Manisha uniquely bridges the worlds of medicine, psychology, and spirituality. Her journey — from the operation theatre to the meditation room — has been guided by one belief: every woman deserves to feel whole.

Trained at the University of Pennsylvania in Positive Psychology, she brings evidence-based tools combined with deep spiritual understanding to help women navigate stress, motherhood, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm.
